Churston Way Lodge has 7 bedrooms including a ground floor Superior Double beside the dining room. A Deluxe Double/Twin on the ground floor has level access and a large walk-in shower. Room 5 is a superior double with its own private lounge area, and a first floor Deluxe Double/Twin provides a super king bed that can be separated into two single beds.

Breakfast is served daily from 8am to 9am in the ground floor dining room. Guests pre-order the night before from a menu that includes a full English breakfast, vegetarian options, Eggs Benedict, and pancakes. Ingredients include locally sourced eggs and fresh coffee, tea, and specialty teas.

The guest house provides free off-road parking for up to 7 cars, divided into two areas. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to Brixham Harbour, and a bus stop on the main road offers the Number 12 service every 12 minutes.
